Program Administration

Log In

Use your Admin credentials to login at book.hotelemployeerate.com. If you have not received your Admin login credentials, please notify us by clicking below:

On-Boarding

ACTION: Select from any one or all four methods for onboarding Team Members to the Program:

Our most popular method – Print and post QR Code Flyers in the back of house areas of the hotel. Employees scan the QR Code and complete a form to enroll. You will be notified every time an employee signs up with the flyer with the option to reject the request.

Hotel Employees may register directly at hotelemployeerate.com by clicking on “Register” and completing the online form. A notification is then sent to the Hotel Administrator. Since this is an open channel, the hotel may opt-out of this registration option.

Add team members one at a time via the Employee ADMIN account. Click on “Members” and add employees into the Program with their name and email address.

We can process a one time excel upload of all team members. Request a one time secure link excel upload by clicking on the button and send us an email.


3.

Promote

Print Collateral

Promote the Program with flyers, sign-up forms and more.

ACTION: Click Collateral and print and display desired collateral.


4.

Remove Employees

Login at book.hotelemployeerate.com. From the Admin Page, click “Members” in the header to see a list of all employees in your account. To remove employees, click on the employee and click “Delete.” The employee and their friends and family will be removed from the Program. Any existing reservations made by the employee or its friends and family will be honored.
