Look at the room, occupancy, meals, taxes, fees, payment timing and cancellation deadline—not just the nightly price.
4. Reserve And Travel
Complete your booking online and keep the confirmation. Show valid ID matching your reservation at check-in. No additional authorization forms are required.

Use the program for leisure travel and book through Hotel Employee Rate. A non-refundable booking and handling fee is collected at booking; hotel payment schedules vary.
Cancellation and no-show charges depend on your reservation. Open Reservations in your account to request a change or cancellation.
