Referral Reward FAQ
Does every hotel referral earn USD $250?
The reward applies when a referred hotel joins an eligible Hotel Employee Rate program and the referral is verified by HER. A referral alone does not earn the reward.
Does the Static Plan qualify?
No. Hotels joining the Static Plan are specifically excluded from the USD $250 referral reward.
Who should I refer?
Refer hotel owners, general managers, HR leaders, corporate hotel teams, management companies, collections or other authorized decision-makers in your hospitality network. You may not refer the hotel where you are currently employed.
How many hotels may I refer?
Each person may refer a maximum of three hotels for consideration under the referral reward.
When is the referral reward paid?
Hotel Employee Rate will issue the USD $250 reward within 30 days after the eligible participation agreement has been signed by both the referred hotel and Hotel Employee Rate.
How do I make sure the referral is credited to me?
Send your introduction before the hotel joins and include your full name, email address and current hotel or company. HER will use those details to verify attribution.
Can I share the page publicly?
Yes. Use the LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, X or email buttons above. A direct introduction to a known hotel contact is usually the strongest referral.

Referral Terms & Conditions
By submitting or sending a referral, you agree to the following terms.
- Eligible referrer. The referral program is open to hotel employees and hospitality professionals. You may not refer the hotel where you are currently employed.
- Maximum referrals. Each person may refer a maximum of three hotels under this referral program.
- New hotel referral. The referral must identify a hotel that is not already participating in Hotel Employee Rate and must be submitted before that hotel signs its participation agreement.
- Eligible program. The referred hotel must join an eligible Hotel Employee Rate program. The Static Plan does not qualify for the referral reward.
- Referral attribution. Your full name, email address, current employer and the referred hotel’s details must be provided so HER can record and verify the referral. If the same hotel is referred by more than one person, HER records will determine which complete referral was received first.
- Reward and payment. One USD $250 reward is available per qualifying hotel. Hotel Employee Rate will issue payment within 30 days after the eligible participation agreement has been signed by both the referred hotel and Hotel Employee Rate.
- Payment information and taxes. The referrer must provide accurate payment details when requested and is responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that may apply to the reward.
- Honest promotion and disclosure. Referrers must use accurate information, must not send spam or make misleading claims, and must clearly disclose that they may receive a referral reward when promoting or recommending the program.
- Contact permission and privacy. Only business contact information that may lawfully be shared should be submitted. Hotel Employee Rate may use the information to assess the referral, contact the hotel and administer the reward.
- Abuse and invalid referrals. Fraudulent, duplicate, self-directed, incomplete or manipulated referrals are not eligible. Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency or partnership relationship with Hotel Employee Rate.
Referral reward notice: USD $250 is available for verified referrals that result in a hotel joining an eligible Hotel Employee Rate program. Payment is issued within 30 days after the eligible participation agreement is signed by both parties. The Static Plan is excluded. Referrers may not refer their current employer, and each person may refer a maximum of three hotels.
