To gain access, hotels contribute rooms at Hotel Employee Rates over low demand dates to the Program. Thereafter, hotel administrators can enroll their eligible hotel employees into the Program. Once registered, employees receive access to the Program to travel at exclusive Hotel Employee Rates.

Hotel Employee Rates vary based on the hotel’s classification and location. Hotels may offer either dynamic flex Hotel Employee Rates discounted from 40%-50% with a direct connection or static rates starting at $39 USD.
The Program is offered solely to the eligible hoteliers of participating hotels. Once registered, employees can then travel at exclusive Hotel Employee Rates offered in the Program, and invite up to 10 Friends & Family to join the Program.
