MEMBER TRAVEL POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Proper Conduct

All Members of the Program are strictly required to maintain proper decorum when visiting member hotels. Members are to be respectful of the hotel, its employees, and other guests. Failure to comply may escalate to the Employee’s omission from the Program.

Book Early

Book early to receive hotel employee rates at participating hotels all over the world.

Guaranteed Reservations

Reservations booked in the Program are considered guaranteed reservations by the host hotel. Members in the Program are responsible for paying any and all applicable no-show or cancellation fees directly with the hotel. Failure to do so may escalate to the Employee’s omission from the Program.

Book on Website

All hotel employee rate bookings are to be made on the Hotel Employee Rate website. Bookings made directly with the hotel is forbidden, and may lead to the omission of the Member from the Program.

Booking Fees

The Member pays online, at the time of reservation, a non-refundable booking and service fee. Employee Rate bookings (room, tax, and other hotel fees) are then paid by the Member at the hotel upon check-out. Preferred Partner Rate bookings (room, tax, and other hotel fees) are paid by the Member at the time of reservation.

Leisure Travel Only

All travel in the Program is to be used for leisure travel only. Business travel is not permitted Travel

Show Identification

Bookings from the Program are considered authorized bookings. Members of the Program must present valid identification at registration matching the authorized name of the reservation to receive the employee/preferred rate.
