Independent and branded hotels and resorts all over the world are joining the Hotel Employee Rate Travel Program, a one-of-a-kind universal travel platform offering hoteliers everywhere the fundamental benefit of exclusive hotel employee rate travel, similarly offered by major hotel brands.


How it Works

How To Join

1. Hotels Join the Program

The hotel contributes a small percentage of its inventory to the Program at Hotel Employee Rates over the hotel’s low-demand periods.


2. Team Member Onboarding

Hotel Administrators in the Program add their eligible employees to the Program through the extranet, sign-up forms or via an Excel upload. Once added, login credentials are sent to the employees for access to the password-protected booking site.


3. Hoteliers Log-In

Authorized hotel employees access the booking platform by logging-in using credentials sent to them by the Hotel Administrator.


4. Friends & Family

Hotel employees can add up to ten of their own friends & family to the Program. Should the employee be removed from the Program, all friends and family are subsequently removed as well.


5. Confirm Booking

Hotel employees and their friends and family can select from thousands of hotels in destinations all over the world. A confirmation of the booking is sent to the member and registered in the member’s account. The member can modify or cancel their booking through their account page. The receiving hotel also receives the booking details including the member’s place of employment and the administrator’s contact information. Members are restricted to booking reservations for themselves only.
