Hotel Employee Rate is pleased to introduce American Hotel & Lodging Association’s AHLA Hotel Employee Travel Program (ahla.hotelemployeerate.com), welcoming all USA-based hotels with exclusive travel benefits for eligible hotel employees. Now, hotels and resorts all over the country may join the Program, offering their hotel employees the wonderful benefit of hotel employee rate travel. AHLA hotel members receive exclusive membership benefits when joining the AHLA Hotel Employee Travel Program.
About the Program:
The AHLA Hotel Employee Travel Program is a global password-protected hotel-controlled booking platform dedicated to the eligible hotel employees enrolled in the Program. Through the Program, hotel employees can receive exclusive Hotel Employee Rates starting at $39.00 per night or discounted 40% or more, and/or Friends & Family Rates discounted 25%. In addition, hotel employees in the Program may also add up to ten of their friends & family to join the Program and travel on their own at exclusive hotel employee rates – when available. The quickly expanding Program currently features thousands of distinct branded and independent hotels & resorts in 75+ countries worldwide.
How it Works:
- To join the Program, hotels contribute 1% of theirs rooms inventory at either static or dynamic hotel employee rates over low demand periods.
- Hotels may easily revenue manage by applying up to 150 stop sale days over its high demand dates (The Program directly connects to hotels via 90+ channel management systems).
- Hotel administrators may then onboard all of their eligible hotel employees into the Program through the Hotel Employee Rate extranet, QR Code flyers, company-branded landing pages, and more.
- Hotel employees registered in the Program by their hotels then receive their credentials to book their travel online, add their friends & family, and modify or cancel their reservations. Additional authorization forms for travel are not required.
Program Options:
The AHLA Hotel Employee Travel Program features a myriad of program options for hotels to select from, meeting a diverse set of revenue management and employee-benefit needs. Hotels may join the Program by choosing from any one of the four options:
- The Static Rate Hotel Employee Travel Program – Join the Program for free by contributing rooms to the Program at static Hotel Employee Rates. Cost: Free
- The Dynamic Rate Hotel Employee Travel Program – Our most popular Program; join by contributing rooms to the Program at dynamic Hotel Employee Rates. Cost: $50/month (AHLA member hotels may join the Dynamic Rate Hotel Employee Rate Program for free for the first year, then receive a 50% discount for any renewal year).
- The Hotel Employee Travel Program Plus – Join the Program without contributing rooms to the Program – when available. Cost: $200/month
- Create Your Own Hotel Employee Travel Program – Create your company’s own white-label hotel employee travel Program with company rates on our platform. Cost: $300/month
