Gain access to the Hotel Employee Rate Program, welcoming all eligible hotel employees to receive this travel benefit.
Program Requirements:
Contribute at least 1% of the hotel’s standard room type at the Static Hotel Employee Rate listed. The hotel may add more room types. The hotel can apply up to 150 stop-sale days per year.

Build your own hotel employee travel program on our secured booking platform, offered exclusively to hotel company employees complete with the company’s branded website.
Program Requirements:
The program requirements are determined by the Company and can be customized based on the company’s needs including: a.) Hotel Employee Rates (Static, Dynamic, “On Request), b.) Number of stop sale days per year c.) Friends & Family Rates (yes/no) d.) Fence hotel employee rate inventory to company employees only (yes/no), e.) Offer company employees availability at the Hotel Employee Rate Collection (yes/no).
Program Cost:
$300.00 per Month, $2,500 One-Time Setup Fee
