Keep Your Eligibility Current. Your hotel decides who may participate. If your employee access ends, access for your linked friends and family also ends.
Use Your Registered Identity. Travel is for enrolled members. Names cannot be changed; bring valid ID matching the booking.
Book Leisure Travel Through HER. Use the program for personal trips, not business travel. Make employee-rate reservations through Hotel Employee Rate.
Review Payment And Fees. A non-refundable booking and handling fee is collected when reserving. Hotel payment timing varies; Preferred Partner bookings are paid at booking.
Respect Cancellation Conditions. You are responsible for applicable cancellation and no-show charges. Requesting a cancellation does not waive those charges.
Travel With Consideration. Treat the hotel team and fellow guests respectfully. Misconduct or failure to pay applicable charges may lead to removal from the program.

How Do I Change Or Cancel A Booking?
Sign in and open Reservations to request a change or cancellation. The conditions of your booked rate still apply.
Can I Use The Benefit Before My Hotel Approves Me?
No. Your participating hotel must approve your enrollment before you receive access.
Do Friends And Family Need Authorization Forms?
No. Registered invited members use their own accounts and show matching identification at check-in.
